Revision rounds are delivered within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your feedback. For Growth and Premium packages, revisions are unlimited. Rush revision options available on request.
If we cannot deliver within the agreed timeline due to our error, we notify you immediately with a revised timeline. If a reasonable extension cannot be agreed, you are entitled to a full refund.
Consulting sessions are scheduled within 2 to 3 business days of booking and conducted by video call or voice call at an agreed time.
