Full refund if cancelled before the project brief form has been returned and acknowledged. Contact hello@mdmcopywriting.com within 24 hours of payment with your order reference.
Approximately 75% refund if we have not started writing. Contact us within one business day of brief submission.
Approximately 40% refund if the first draft has not been delivered. No refund once the first draft has been delivered in any format.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with specific written feedback identifying the exact issues against the agreed brief. Documented quality issues are addressed through revision rounds. If resolution is not possible, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Rush delivery surcharges are non-refundable once work begins. Completed consulting hours are non-refundable. Extra revision add-on fees are non-refundable once revisions begin.
