MDM Copywriting provides professional copywriting services delivered digitally. Services include website copywriting, landing page copy, email sequences, brand messaging, content strategy, and social media copy. No physical products are delivered.
A contract is formed when payment is confirmed via Stripe. Work begins after receipt of the completed project brief form. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). TVA (20%) may apply for French clients and certain EU clients per applicable tax rules. Payment processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are fixed on confirmation. Scope changes are requoted before proceeding.
Delivery timelines are confirmed at brief stage. Standard timelines: website copy 5-10 business days; landing pages 3-5 days; email sequences 5-7 days; brand messaging 10-15 days. Rush delivery available as an add-on. Timelines start from receipt of the completed brief.
Starter package: 1 revision round. Growth and Premium packages: unlimited revisions against the original brief. Changes to the original brief scope are requoted before proceeding.
All copy produced transfers to the client on full payment. MDM Copywriting retains the right to reference projects in portfolio materials unless an NDA is in place. NDA available at no charge on request.
All project briefs, content, and business information treated as strictly confidential. Applies to all team members and contractors involved in a project.
French law applies. Disputes submitted to the courts of Clermont-Ferrand, France.
